Security doors with extruded aluminum design are the most widely used solution for outdoor use. They are available with aluminum or metal casing. There are numerous color and design options to suit all preferences. Aluminum clad doors use a new technique. We create a panel consisting of a 1mm aluminum sheet, polyamide insulating material, and a second 0.8mm aluminum sheet. This effectively addresses the phenomenon of contraction and expansion, which is responsible for surface deformation. The 5 mm internal insulating layer increases thermal and acoustic values, creating a friendly environment.
